Cader trip after the Bank Holiday weekend

With the Jubilee celebrations over on the Wednesday I travel back to Wales for four of our Scouts to complete their Duke of Edinburgh bronze expedition. It rained all the way from start to our journeys end.

The next day the group began their expedition and the rest of us took a hike up towards Cader.?? We only got half way where we found the stream behind the wall was impassable and the weather was closing in. it was too dangerous to continue so we visited the hotel where we began the walk.

Friday again was very wet and windy so it was visiting?? shops and tea rooms for the day..

Saturday it was packing tents away with streams in the campsite and still it rained

We hope the summer camp in Wales will be drier.

Due to the trip I did not walk either weekend.
