Great Cressingham and Pickenham Walk

Today 15 walkers ( including a 7 year old) undertook the Great Cressingam Walk. The weather forecast was cloudy with showers later.
??We started the walk along the road and did the walk in reverse so that we had a shorter road walk at the end. Cloud followed us all the way. Our first drinks stop was at the church ( which was locked ) and then out to the footpath beside the fields. Dinner was eaten at the side of the path near the trees and still the rain held off.

??We found a building which looked like a world war two shelter but could have housed a water pump? ( see picture) Only occupants now we some birds nest, possibly swallow)

Having completed the walk a visit to the tea rooms at Swaffham on our way back was enjoyed by 9 of the walkers and still no rain
